How payment works: a one-off build fee, then a small monthly fee covering hosting, security, backups, content changes and support. Advertising budget is separate and you pay Google or Meta directly. Everything is negotiable — including paying the build fee in instalments. Once the build fee is paid in full, the website or shop is entirely yours.

Yes, and we do it regularly. The clock starts when we have your logo, photos and text. For the demo we use whatever is already public about your business, so you see something within 24 hours either way. A shop takes 5 working days because products, prices and delivery zones have to be entered correctly — rushing that part costs you money later.
Yes. The demo is free for every type of site — single page, business website, catalogue and online shop. For a shop we build it with a few of your real products so you can see the cart and the payment flow working, not the whole catalogue. You pay nothing until you agree to go ahead.
Yes. Once the build is paid in full, the website or shop is one hundred percent yours — the code, the content, the images we produced and the domain, all in your company’s name. We hand over every file and, if you ever want to move, we help you move. Until the build is paid in full it stays with us and runs on our servers.
The monthly fee buys a service — hosting, security, backups, changes and support — not ownership. If the build is already paid in full, we simply hand you the files and you take the site elsewhere; nothing is lost. If the build is not yet paid off, the site goes offline at the end of the paid month and we keep it for a maximum of 30 days while payment is completed. We give written notice before that period ends, and after it the site may be deleted.
Google Ads can produce calls in the first week. SEO is slower — expect three to six months before it carries real weight. Anyone promising page one within a month is selling you something else.
Yes, and we recommend both languages. Swahili converts better for local customers; English matters for tourism, export and B2B.
We work across Tanzania and remotely. For clients in Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma and Zanzibar most of the work happens over calls and WhatsApp, with one visit for photography if you want it.
